All the hard work has finally paid off! The month of float building sure was hell, but all was worth it at the end of the day.
Even with our small cohort size, we managed to compete on faculty level, AND WON! TWICE!!!
When we heard that we've won the OSA creativity shield for faculty clubs, all the pharmers cheered and screamed, and you can see tears of joy welling in some people's eyes. This was the moment we were waiting for. Third year in rag after 25 years and we won something.
Then they started announcing the winner of the Nussu challenge shield for best presentation. Kevin was like "wispering" thru the loudhailer "Pharmacy. pharmacy ,pharmacy..." And guess what! We won!!! This is surely the first time in 3 years in pharmacy that you see the whole cohort cheer to the max.
Our hard work sure paid off. 08 Aug 2008 is a day to be remembered, where Pharmacy spirit was brought to greater heights. We sure showed the other faculties what we are capable of!
Kudos to the Rag exco and all the sub committee!!!
Last but not least, our Flag has laso done us proud! This was the first year after over 2 decades that we flagged by ourselves. And we secured a bronze with a total collection of $13k!!! With only so little pharmers flagging, we sure did a great job getting this amount.

After one mth plus of hard labour, the Float has surved it purpose in its 5 minutes of glory... It really pays off to see tt wad u done is successful. In the end, there were not hiccups. Well done floaters!!! 43hrs w/o sleep was worth it!!! *Cheers ^_^V
